Does the Bible have 66 books and letters or 62? If you immediately say 66 because you’ve counted and memorized your books ion the Bible you’re not wrong, BUT in this service we explain how 62 is also correct!
As part of our Long Story Short series, tomorrow we will tackle the historical books. We will cover around 1,000 years of Hebrew history as we give footnotes versions of the book of Joshua through Esther. We will see what led to the downfall of Israel and how all these years later it could still lead to our downfall today. It has been said that “those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it.” Let’s learn from those historical books so we don’t have to repeat them!
Join us for our Worship Experience from our Brandon Campus! We are in part two of our series, “Long Story Short.”

We work hard to change those reactions to a spouse, child, co-worker, or fellow commuter, but are we really resolving what is going on or just fixing the symptoms?
Today, we are going to talk about how we can protect our heart and ensure that we are investing the right way into our heart so that our reactions are a by-product of what is really in us.

The heart has always been considered the most important part of the human body. No matter how strong the rest of the body is, if the heart is sick, we will be sick. Amazingly, modern science can now perform heart transplants. The first successful heart transplants were in the 1960’s, but today around 2,000 heart transplants happen each year. Spiritually speaking, God also wants to perform heart transplant. He removes our old sick heart and replaces it with a new heart that logs to know and follow him. Like the human heart, the heart of this new heart every area of your life.
Join us as Pastor Brent shares his personal story of how God’s heart transplant changed a very personal area of his life, and how he is so much better because of it.

In the book Gaily the Troubadour, published in 1936, Arthur Guiterman wrote the following poem:
First dentistry was painless; Soon oranges were seedless,
Then bicycles were chainless The putting green was weedless,
And carriages were horseless The college boy hatless,
And may lays, enforce-less. The proper diet, fatless,
Next, cookery was tireless, Now motor roads are dustless,
Telegraphy was wireless, The latest steel is rustless,
Cigars were nicotine-less Our T=tennis courts are sodless,
And coffee, caffeine less. Our new religions, godless.
Join us as we continue the I Love The 80’s series by examining an elder brother who “Gives Love a Bad Name” because he is full of religion, but far from The Father.
