Depression is an epidemic in our society. Just look at these depressing depression statistics….⁣ ⁣

- 17.3 million adults or 7.1% of all adults in America have experienced a major depressive episode in the past year.⁣ ⁣

- Every American generation is having higher rates of depression than the one who preceded it.⁣ ⁣

- Anti-depressant use has gone up over 300% in the last 20 years.⁣ ⁣

- 1.9 million children, 3 – 17, have diagnosed depression.⁣ ⁣

- And far too often depression leads to suicide. From 2001 through 2017 the suicide rate increased 31%.⁣ ⁣
