A woman who lived in a remote valley in Wales went to a great deal of trouble to have electrical power installed in her home. 

But once the lines were in, the electric company noticed she didn't use very much electricity at all. In fact, her usage was so minuscule that they sent a meter reader out to check on the matter.

The man came to the door and said, "Ma'am aren't you using the electricity we worked so hard to bring you?" "Oh yes.” She said, “We turn on the light every evening to see how to light our lamps and then we switch it off again."

This sounds a lot like the way Christians treat the power of God. The Apostle Paul said “The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you.”
